My title is SMB Demand Generation Marketing Manager, and I am responsible for acquiring net new clients for Pitney Bowes via the digital channel. I enjoy being a trailblazer in defining best practices in marketing. Given our aggressive goals, we execute a magnitude of campaigns utilizing various forms of technology and data. We “team” internally by providing strategic guidance to other business units to help them meet their goals using similar tactics. My greatest accomplishment is being a part of the acquisition of approximately 700,000 new clients for Pitney Bowes over the past 14 years. It was exciting to see things unfold as I was a part of developing marketing campaigns via Direct Mail, Telemarketing, SEM and Lead Generation that drove small businesses to purchase product and services from Pitney Bowes. What keeps me at Pitney Bowes is the ability to make an impact, I am extremely confident in the technology and services we provide to our clients which allows them to effectively communicate and conduct their business long-term.
Internal Audit Manager Jodykay Lowers shares how she “Teams” internally in her role
I work in the Finance organization within the Audit & Advisory Services function. As an Internal Audit Manager, I provide an independent and objective assessment of a company’s operations, specifically the effectiveness of its internal control structure. My responsibilities include analyzing operations, reviewing compliance, recommending controls and assuring safeguards are in place. My role allows a unique insight into all facets of the organization from sales and operations to accounting, tax, treasury and human resources. Through my audit reviews, I have the pleasure of interacting with a wealth of talented individuals around the globe on a regular basis. This is by far the most exciting aspect of my role and naturally accelerates the learning and development process. In turn, this has allowed me to sustain a high performance level culminating in one of my greatest accomplishments at the company. I gained acceptance into an accelerated global development program that targets high potential and high performing talent. The opportunities for career advancement is one of the many things that keep me at Pitney Bowes.
